The therapy involves the use of a BEMER device, which generates a specific pulsed electromagnetic field that is applied to the body through a blanket or leg boots. It's often used as a therapeutic technique to address various health conditions, aid in recovery, and promote healing.
Our Story
It all began when a young girl developed a fear of small animals, but her courage emerged when she encountered a horse. The inception of this family-owned and operated business can be tracked back to her profound desire to be surrounded by horses throughout her life. Her journey commended by seeking opportunities to care for and body clip other people’s horses. However, her parents stipulated that she could only have a horse if she demonstrated a steadfast commitment to its care. It wasn’t until her 17th birthday that her parents fulfilled this dream, albeit unaware of the challenges that lay ahead, as every horse comes with its own set of challenges.
This particular horse had poor hoof health, prompting numerous lameness examinations. As she contemplated how to prevent her horse from going lame, the idea of incorporating red light therapy, Bemer therapy, and cryotherapy struck her. She approached her parents, not only with the intention of helping her horse but also with a vision of extending her assistance to other horse owners. And thus, Forelocks to Tails came into existence.
